cielo notturno con farfalle

Non sono capace a fare card semplici da pochi minuti... per creare ho bisogno di tempi lunghi e di relax... ma mi sto sforzando di uscire dalla mia zona di comfort.
Chissà, forse in futuro riuscirò anche a fare una CAS! LOL :D
La card di oggi l'ho pensata per il Butterfly Challenge#75 dove il tema è "Repeat and/or Night sky colour" + butterfly.
Sono stata ispirata dalla card di Bunny, la Guest Design del Challenge. Credo che la mia card sia un CASEing (qualcuno mi conferma o mi smentisce, per favore? Non ho le idee chiare a proposito di CASeing)
La carta patterned blu, brand "La Stamperia", mi ricorda il cielo notturno e le galassie; ho tagliato sia il background che la farfalla grande da alcuni avanzi di questa carta (la carta è sfumata dal blu scuro al blu chiaro). La fustella che ho usato fa parte del set Spellbinder Label Eight. Ho usato la fustella leggermente più grande del medesimo set per tagliare la parte bianca.
Il sentiment è il negativo rimasto da un taglio fatto con una piccola fustella trovata in una rivista. Ho arrotondato gli angoli con un punch e l'ho attaccato con il foam spessorato.
Ho aggiunto una piccola farfallina azzurra (punch) e ho messo del Wink of Stella su entrambe le farfalle (anche se in foto non si vede); ho passato un pennarello nero sottile sul bordo esterno della farfalla grande per farla risaltare di più.
Ho usato delle gemme ovali per il corpo della farfalla e ne ho messo delle altre blu e azzurre sul bordo della card, con un motivo ripetuto.
Le antenne della farfalla le ho disegnate con una penna gel bianca.

I was going to suggest the same challenge that Milka did above! LOL Great card with some beautiful blue colors and it's always fun to step out of your comfort zone and try something new! The spattered background looks great with those butterflies! Love all that blue bling too :)

I like your idea of using the gems around the outside as the repeat part of my challenge. The blue background is perfect too and a love how you have used the negative element of the sentiment. Thankyou for fluttering by the butterfly garden. Hugs Mrs A.

It's a beautiful card, and very CAS for you! Still has some of your signature layers, and I love the outline shape of your card. Also the negative space sentiment. It's great work, and perfect for the Butterfly challenge. You did very well working outside your comfort zone too! TFS & Hugs

A me piace molto fare le CAS e non sono poi così immediate. Prova e dimmi se non ci hai messo le canoniche 2 ore... minimo...

I hope you are feeling back to normal now. We are getting some really mild weather now, I just hope it stays this way and doesn't get cold again. I have started making plans for my very first garden ever, so I am pretty excited for spring!! sending hugs to you!
