La striscia nera con la scritta Smile è un avanzo: è il negativo di un taglio con la fustella Sizzix Thinlits You&Me. Il dettaglio della rondine che lascia intravedere lo sfondo l'ho aggiunto con un punch brand Wiler. :D Mi piace tantissimo il risultato! :D
I fiori rosa, gialli e azzurri con lo strass al centro fanno parte delle mie "bustine di recupero scarti" e sono tagliati con dei punch da piccoli avanzi di cartoncino (ho inciso anche delle piccole linee sui petali). Uno dei fiorellini l'ho messo sulla "i" di Smile :D
Ho strappato la carta ai lati e ho usato il DI Antique Linen per invecchiare i bordi.
Ho montato tutto su un cartoncino verde prato a cui ho stondato gli angoli e ho sfumato i bordi con il DI Mowed Lawn, e poi ho incollato ancora su un cartone di recupero azzurro, lucido e molto rigido.
Per aggiungere interesse ho legato uno spago rosa intorno al pannello. Volevo aggiungere uno charm metallico in alto, ma... me lo sono dimenticato! :(

Marvelous work with your gelli plate (I should hunt mine up and try again!) Love the combination of colors in the layers, and the musical score between the layers of brighter color. Great use of the die shapes, and love the twine tying these lovely layers together. Beautiful card. TFS & Hugs too

This is what I'd put into the category of mixed media and very artsy. It's a unique piece, the colors give it a warm spring feel and I think everything on here deserves its place and blends in with the overall design. Well done!

Absolutely gorgeous Alice!! This is just what I needed this morning, a wonderful boost of colour and inspiration! The palette is bright and cheery, makes me want to go for a long summer walk and listen to the birds singing! I love the touches of black, what a wonderful contrast.
