Questo forse sarà il mio ultimo post per un po' di tempo. Ho bisogno di un break a causa di importanti impegni familiari e al momento non so quantificare quanto durerà. Mi scuso in anticipo se non visiterò i vostri blog. Forse qualche volta riuscirò a farlo, ma non garantisco.
La card di oggi era già pronta e il post scritto, perciò la pubblico. Il risultato a dire il vero non è uno dei miei preferiti: con il senno di poi avrei dovuto fare il decoupage dei fiori per farli risaltare di più, ma ora non ho il tempo di rimediare. Scusatemi anche per le foto pessime, fatte di notte.
Ho usato un bel timbro DL AALL&Create che tempo addietro ho vinto
ad Allsorts. Ho
timbrato con Versafine Claire su uno snippet di carta bianca e ho colorato con gli Oxides e acqua,
aggiungendo sfumature con i pennarelli Tombow. Ho montato la striscia su
un cartoncino riciclato dal retro copertina di un album da disegno,
sfumato su bordi con il Vintage Photo.
Ho aggiunto Wink of Stella sui fiori e ho usato un evidenziatore sul sentiment del timbro.
Ho infilato uno spago da cucina attraverso i fori di uno dei due lati perforati e l'ho fissato sul lato opposto. Ho aggiunto un piccolo fiocco di spago e ci ho incollato una gemma a forma di cuore. Qualche altra piccola gemma qua e là per dare luce. Incollato tutto su una base di cartoncino azzurro e finita.

What you've done with that stamp looks amazing on this card! I love the colors and especially that cool punch you used to add such fun interest to the edges. I love how the twine seems to connect to the holes on the ends too. It's a real beauty. I hope and pray life is less stressful for you and that the break you're taking will give you time to catch your breath and look after yourself too. Sending prayers for peaceful times in the days ahead and sending comforting hugs as well. I'll miss you.

Why are we always our own worst critic. I love those flowers and the way you have made them shine. I like the edge detail too and how you have added twine and a bow. Such wonderful detail elements.
