Ho rovistato in tutta la casa alla ricerca di pezzi di carta lucida, ma incredibilmente non ho trovato riviste né calendari, quindi alla fine ho riciclato la copertina lucida di un blocco di cartoncini del LIDL e un pezzo di una busta (ricevuta tempo addietro in una happy mail) fatta dalla mia amica Kitty con una pagina di calendario.
Sul corpo della farfalla ho messo tre fiorellini brand Trinity Stamps già usati qui ed altri li ho incollati sui piccoli rametti dorati (fustella Johanna Sheen) che ho aggiunto vicino alla farfalla.

Sembra che ci sia così tanto lavoro da fare in questo. Cloisonne è così efficace e deve averci messo così tanto tempo per mettere insieme tutti gli elementi, tracciare alcune forme e quei fiorellini anche per il torace della farfalla, tutto ha richiesto così tanto tempo.
Ma il pezzo finito è adorabile con tutti i freschi colori primaverili ed estivi, semplicemente stupendo.
Sono così felice che tu abbia condiviso con noi la sfida Allsorts, grazie.

This is really beautiful Alice. Great idea to use miri card instead of heat embossing! I've tried this technique once many years ago when I followed the technique lovers challenge at splitcoast stampers forum. But haven't tried it since as I forgot about it. Maybe I'll revisit the technique sometime :)

Beautiful! Love the bright colours and the gold is classy and elegant. I had the same problem finding shiny glossy magazine pages. But had I found some, I would have done the technique with a layered butterfly dies, too… great minds! 😉😂.
