A We Love Stamping è tempo di un nuovo challenge. Ma da oggi ci sono alcune modifiche ai nostri requisiti di ingresso che pensiamo voi gradirete. Anche se amiamo i timbri, con così tanti nuovi prodotti e tecniche disponibili per i crafters vogliamo essere più inclusivi riguardo i vostri stili diversi. Quindi, con effetto immediato, abbiamo allentato le nostre regole e ora l'unica richiesta è quella di avere almeno un elemento timbrato sulle vostre creazioni, anche se non è l'elemento principale.
Per questo challenge il tema è "qualsiasi personaggio tipico del Natale". Resta valida l'opzione Anything Goes, ovviamente!
Per la mia ispirazione ho usato un timbro digitale di AllDressUp che ho vinto di recente in un challenge. Questo cerbiatto mi ha catturato subito per la sua dolcezza. L'ho colorato con le matite, ad eccezione dei fiori sulla sua testa (alcohol markers).
Ho usato il negativo di una fustella Creative Expressions su carta olografica; è stato molto difficile fotografare questa card, perché riflette tutti i colori dell'arcobaleno, ma in realtà è carta olografica argentata. In questa foto forse si riesce a vedere.
Nel leftover olografico ho incollato la stessa fustella, ma bianca. Prima di togliere la forma tagliata dalla fustella l'ho colorata con un DI verde e una spugnetta da dito per far emergere le venature dell'agrifoglio e il bordo esagonale. Sotto alla carta olografica ho incollato un pezzo di foam glitterato rosso. Ho ritagliato il cervo in basso con la stessa fustella esagonale (taglio parziale) e l'ho sovrapposto.
Ho usato lo stesso foam glitterato rosso per tagliare i due bordi ai lati: ho fatto un taglio parziale di una fustella brand Sweet Dixies. A sinistra ho aggiunto due rametti (fustella Creative Expressions), alcune foglioline di agrifoglio e un sentiment circolare di cui non ricordo la provenienza. A destra, tre stelle tagliate con un bel punch brand Wiler che taglia e fa la goffratura. Incollato tutto su una card bianca con apertura in basso.

Hai superato te stesso con così tanto interesse e graziosi elementi in una bellissima creazione natalizia. Vedo un po' di scintillio sullo sfondo dietro il cervo e gli eleganti elementi fustellati rossi alla fine sono un bel tocco finale. Grazie per aver condiviso anche con noi di Allsorts questa settimana.
Sì, qui piove molto, anche adesso piove ancora, anche se le previsioni del tempo dicono che è tutto finito. Il paesaggio è molto piatto nella nostra parte dell'East Anglia e, a parte gli alberi che si vedono per chilometri perché non ci sono colline, è un paesaggio che molti non riescono a capire.
Abbiamo ricevuto segnalazioni di pioggia anche in Italia e che il Veneto ha sofferto ancora una volta, essendoci stato tante volte, vedere le foto di San Marco sommerso dall'acqua è così triste.

That holograph paper is just gorgeous with all the sparkle and I'm sure it looks even prettier in real life. I like how that little deer pops out of the hex die with tiny flowers around his head too.
