Il challenge di Allsorts compie 12 anni e il tema di questa settimana è "Anything with Happy, Bright and Sunny Colours". Ci sono ben 12 premi in palio per i fortunati vincitori!
Non ho molto tempo libero, ma rovistando nei miei organizer pieni di bits&bobs ho trovato parecchie cose già pronte e ho messo assieme abbastanza in fretta questa card, sicuramente allegra, luminosa e solare. A me piace davvero molto come è venuta fuori! 😊
Gli uccellini sono brand Jane's Doodle, li ho vinti anni addietro ad un blog hop di Milka (GRAZIE!) e li adoro davvero!!😊 Li avevo già timbrati con il Memento nero e colorati ad acquerello con i Distress Inks, così li ho ritagliati a mano e ho aggiunto del Wink of Stella. Anche lo sfondo blu era già pronto, l'avevo fatto l'estate scorsa con gli alcohol inks su carta fotografica.
Il fiore e le foglie grandi in basso fanno parte del set Bold Blooms di Chocolate Baroque. Anche questi li avevo già stampati, embossati con polvere bianca e colorati con i Distress Inks. Ho tagliato il sentiment (Jane's Doodle) con un punch circolare, l'ho incollato al centro del fiore e ho aggiunto il bordino scallop (forma già pronta nel mio organizer). Usando un altro cerchio più piccolo come maschera, ho colorato una parte del cerchio con un pennarello giallo glitterato.
Lo stelo del fiore è un'altra fustellata già pronta trovata nel mio organizer a cui ho aggiunto dettagli con una penna gel bianca. Anche sulle foglie grandi ho colorato alcune parti con la penna gel bianca, il pennarello giallo glitterato, un alcohol marker arancione e uno verde. La farfallina in alto proviene dalla mia scatoletta piena di farfalle tagliate con punches da piccoli avanzi di carta.

Questo è decisamente molto felice e allegro e ha davvero illuminato la mia mattinata e mi ha fatto sorridere.
Bellissimo il fiore dalle punte bianche e gli uccellini che danno una bella sensazione estiva e senza dimenticare anche una farfalla, un giardino a tutto colore.

How wonderful to have used up so many of your scraps, it just shows that there is always a use for things that didn't make the cut at the time, if you wait a while. My problem is remembering to look! Anyway your finished card is fabulous and so bright and happy, perfect for the special birthday xx
