card con acetato ed embossing a freddo

Da tempo volevo provare ad embossare l'acetato :D così ho riciclato la confezione di una fustella per creare il pannello che sostiene questi bei papaveri, che ho colorato con i Distress Inks (devo sicuramente migliorare!!!).
Amo molto i papaveri, perchè sono fiori semplici e spontanei con una grande "personalità". :D Nonostante siano tra i miei fiori preferiti, fino a poco tempo fa non avevo papaveri nel mio stash, ma poi una cara amica 💓 mi ha regalato questa bella fustella e non vedevo l'ora di usarla. :D
 
La carta con gli uccellini è uno snippet
Mi piace moltissimo l'effetto trasparenza!
Il bordo interno (che spunta esternamente) è fatto con una fustella di Tim Holtz e una striscia di carta bianca avanzata.
  
Le scritte in italiano non sono carta patterned... :) è uno dei miei nuovi timbri de "La Coppia Creativa" (brand italiano); ho timbrato più volte con il Memento Desert Sand, mascherando i fiori con il Molotow masking fluid (un altro item nel mio stash che non avevo ancora provato!!!). Un nastro e un passanastro a forma di cuore per rifinire.

Hello Alice: I must say that I never thought about embossing acetate but, after seeing your gorgeous card, I'm going to give it a try, it looks amazing!!!
Your flowers are beautifully colored, love the delicate lace border and all the other wonderful details.

This creation is simply brilliant! I love how you used the acetate panel with those gorgeous flowers! The lace edge and heart ribbon with that little pearl heart slide make this one outstanding and lovely card! I LOVE it!

I’ve never tried dry embossing acetate, you’ve proven it works and I’ll keep it in mind for a future project. Your coloring of the poppies is beautifully done and I love the look of the repeat stamped sentiment.
