Tartaruga bits and bobs

Buon pomeriggio Alice,

Lo so, lavoro all'indietro, dovrei venire prima a questo post.

This is so you, although with a masculine feel, I don’t believe I’ve see many masculine makes over here, at least not for some time? It looks great with all the texture and add ons, the ric rac certainly adds a feeling of water on there. The turtle is fab.

Ahhh yes, I remember that turtle and I'm so glad you're able to put it to good use on this pretty card! I love how you created movement of the water with those colorful elements, and that braid is gorgeous! Well done on this one - it's "turtley" awesome :)

Aaaw, the turtle is adorable! How fun to receive it all ready to use! I like all the different elements on this card, lots of this and lots of that, bits and bobs as you say! I think the rikrak is a nice detail as it gives an ocean vibe. This is a great card for a man (yes I struggle with them too!). Hope your summer is going well! We've had a couple cool nights and it has really helped provide some relief. It still gets hot during the day, but it doesn't seem as bad now as the humidity has dropped. I hope the heat wave is over but we'll see!

Hugs,
Kitty

Another wonderful card Alice! Just love the patterned paper you've used for the turtle's she'll, the Nuvo drops are a lovely touch. Lots of fab textures and to simulate water. I like the stickers as they make it look like the turtle is swimming forward. Debra x

That's a beautiful turtle with the floral design on his carapace. I'm sure Carol was delighted with how you've used him. I love all the textures on this one, plus the colors and embellies. Anytime I see lace or fabric used on a card, I think it's delightful. The border ribbon pattern and colors are beautiful ....this is one of your best 'snippets' cards so far, I think Alice. You are really good with combining items into such an attractive and cohesive design! TFS
