Una tag natalizia riciclando un negativo

Dopo la slitta di Babbo Natale con le renne, ho preparato alcune tag e ne approfitto per partecipare al challenge di Tracey
In questo post vi mostro la prima, ispirata a questa tag di Lindsey
Per farla ho usato uno scarto di cartoncino bianco con il negativo di una fustellata.
Giorni fa ho usato la bellissima fustella Cute Corner di Molly Moo (grazie mille Brenda, è favolosa!!) e mi sono avanzati dei pezzi di cartoncino con una specie di scallop. Tagliando casualmente due angoli molto ravvicinati, mi è rimasta una forma triangolare (il negativo, appunto), che mi ha ricordato un albero di Natale :D
Ho subito pensato alla tag di  Lindsey, la forma del suo albero è simile a questa, morbida e arrotondata.
Il mio è molto più basso e stilizzato... e forse l'albero ce lo vedo soltanto io... LOL  :D  Ma così è.
La foto sotto è per farvi capire da dove sono partita: il cartoncino blu infatti non è quello da cui ho ricavato "l'albero", ma può rendere l'idea confrontando i bordi del negativo con  il risultato. Il cartoncino era bianco, l'ho colorato con i Distress ink Peeled Paint e Forest Moss.
Per lo sfondo ho usato una penna da embossing e ho fatto dei puntini per simulare la neve, ho embossato con una polvere bianca e poi ho sfumato i Distress Ink Vilted Violet, Shaded Liliac e Blueprint Sketch.
Ho stondato gli angoli superiori con un punch Tonic e in basso ho decorato il bordo con un punch Xcut.
Ho decorato l'albero con delle pailettes (la mia amica Kitty le usa spesso e mi piace tanto l'effetto!!) e dei puntini di liquid pearls per riprendere il motivo della neve dello sfondo.
In cima all'albero ho messo un fiocco di neve grande (fustella Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 6PK-Christmas) con una stellina glitterata (fatta con un punch da un piccolo scarto di foam glitterata) e un'altra pailette al centro
Il nastrino a due fili, con le stelline in feltro e le perle dorate con il glitter, l'ho comprato al supermarket Lidl tempo fa, è molto ricco e decorativo ed è costato pochissimo, non male... :D

It's a beautiful and sparkly creation. The die cut sure looks like a tree, a very smallish and cute one! Love your inked sky too, the colors blend together so nicely.
I'm struggling making tags, but I've promised myself I will make them myself this year, no more store bought ones from now on. So I need all the inspiration I can get:)

It does look like a tree very much! I like the way you've done the rich green color & very beautiful with all the jewels decorating it. The snow background is also very pretty behind this glistening star. You did a superb job, and looks like you got some goodies from some sweet folks! Your attention to detail is amazing, and I see the tree too! All those sequins and liquid pearls make this so festive, and I like the sparkly blue star accent too! Pretty tag!
