Hello, Alice! Your mittens are so cute, and the raccoons make them even cuter! The box is holding some yummy goodies too! Love the embossing and the added hearts! Both sides of the box are adorable and the raccoons made me smile! We sometimes have raccoons in our backyard at night. Brian feeds the birds in the winter, and at night the raccoons occasionally come to sneak the bird seed. The raccoons are cute, but we realize they are a wild animal. Sweet Pea is safely indoors. There are a lot of wild animals around here. The other day I saw two foxes walking down the road in broad daylight and it's not the first time we've seen foxes. Anyway, we had a foot (30 cm) of snow last week, and we had so many birds coming for the seed - Sweet Pea really enjoys the birds and is constantly looking out the window at them. We have mourning dove, red-breasted nuthatch, downy woodpecker, chickadee, junco, song sparrow, and blue jay. They are very entertaining to watch, even for Brian and me. Sending lots of hugs and happy wishes your way, dear friend. Thinking of you always and I hope you're doing okay.

Buongiorno Alice,

That is just the cutest treat box ever with the two different colored sides. I adore that cute little raccoon holding the little red heart and the kraft and blue embossing look perfect together. Keep the candy inside, it's just perfect the way you made it, and you can always make a 2nd one with tea bags inside, right? I absolutely LOVE this adorable creation - it just makes me smile. Sending lots of smiles and warm hugs your way for a great week ahead.

What a clever and interesting box. Love the embossing and the racoon. It is a great idea for a box. If you put tea in it you could eat the chocolates yourself! See how my mind works - I can't resist a chocolate xx

Ciao Alice

Totally gorgeous Alice! Wonderful use of snippets as well as such a different gift box. My, you really are a clever lady.

Sorry my comment is brief, Len is actually progressing well - I think he was sent home a couple of days too early as perhaps they needed the room/bed!

Love from both Dudley and myself, as always,

Such sweetness - inside and out, Alice! Your dry embossing is just lovely. There is something about kraft color card stock that brings to mind warmth, scents of ginger and cinnamon, and the feeling of being loved. Especially with your darling raccoon, this is endearing candy holder, and speaks volumes of love and kindness! Thanks for showing your creative process and the multiple photos! hugs, de
