A We Love Stamping è il momento di un nuovo challenge. Quest'anno il Design Team selezionerà un'opzione mensile per riflettere il proprio stile individuale o un tema preferito. Per il mese di Febbraio il tema è "Femminile", scelto da Cathy. Resta comunque valida l'opzione Anything Goes. L'unica richiesta è quella di avere almeno un elemento timbrato all'esterno delle vostre creazioni. Aspettiamo i vostri bei lavori! 😊
La mia card di ispirazione è piuttosto grande e primaverile. Ho usato un timbro Crafty Individuals che amo molto, disegnato anni addietro dall'italiana Giovanna Zara (giogiocraft) insieme ad un timbro coordinato per creare bordi che fa parte dello stesso set, un bellissimo sentiment digitale creato dalla talentuosa Donna Ellis (scaricabile gratuitamente QUI), un foglio (già pronto, trovato nei miei raccoglitori) che avevo colorato con uno stencil brand La Stamperia, due uccellini fustellati di un set Sizzix e un centrino fustellato da un dryer sheet usato macchiato di rosa. La mia idea era così. Pochi elementi...
...Ma l'impulso selvaggio di aggiungere bits&bobs si è subito impossessato di me!!! 😬 😂 LOL. Così ho aggiunto due bordi fatti con due strisce di vecchie cartelline di Manila e un punch per angoli a cui ho sfilato via la parte frontale. Risultato non perfetto, ma mi è parso accettabile. (Il bordo arancio qui sotto è stata soltanto una prova, l'ho messo da parte per il futuro)
Ovviamente quei due bordi hanno rimesso di nuovo in discussione tutto il lavoro (ed è iniziata la parte che mi dà più soddisfazione 😅 LOL), quindi ho aggiunto dei fiori e delle foglie presi dai miei raccoglitori di recupero avanzi, li ho sfumati con vari Distress Inks e ho messo delle palline glitterate o delle paillette al centro. Alcune foglie sono timbrate, fanno parte di un set Heartfelt Creations. Tutto era già stato modellato tempo addietro con l'apposito Mould dello stesso brand. A sinistra vicino alla ragazza ho messo un piccolo rametto di fiori brand Two Red Robins che era rimasto sul tavolo da un lavoro precedente e ho incollato due minuscoli cuoricini bianchi sul sentiment (anche questi erano rimasti sul tavolo).
È possibile entrare con tre diversi lavori e combinare con altre sfide. Saranno selezionati anche un Guest Designer e 3 Top entry. I see you've created another layered masterpiece once again! The stenciled background with the colorful doily combine to make a wonderful scene for this woman, along with all the flowers, birds, and butterflies. Everything looks just beautiful together. I'm always impressed with how you put so many random items together and come up with the most beautiful artistic creations! This is awesome - just like the sentiment says.
