card pasquale con riciclo di un negativo

Un'altra pubblicazione fuori tempo... :D Il tempo non mi basta mai per scrivere i post!
Questa card pasquale abbastanza semplice l'ho fatta partendo dal negativo di una fustellata fatta l'anno scorso: avevo ricoperto di carta rosa un pezzo di cartone spesso e l'avevo tagliato con la Big Shot e la fustella Sizzix Originals Mini Bunny. Avevo tenuto il negativo del coniglio, perchè mi piaceva molto l'effetto del suo spessore. Come saprete, le fustelle Bigz e Originals della Sizzix tagliano anche materiali molto spessi, per questo sono tra le mie preferite e ne possiedo parecchie  :)
Ero stufa di vederlo inutilizzato e ho deciso che era venuto il suo momento: ho sfumato i bordi con il Vintage Photo e l'ho incollato su un cartoncino piegato a metà, embossato con la cartella da embossing Sizzix Texture Impression Woodgrain 3 e colorato con il Distress Ink Ground Espresso.
Mi piace la combinazione di rosa e marrone!
Ho incollato in alto tre piccoli fiori tagliati con un punch, presi dalle mie solite bustine trasparenti dove tengo gli avanzi di carta riciclati. Ho aggiunto un pezzo di nastro triplo (organza bianca, twine rosa e cotone a quadretti), con un fiore di legno e feltro e  perle in plastica. Il nastro l'ho preso al LIDL (marca Merinera).
Un altro fiore di legno e feltro l'ho incollato a sinistra per bilanciare.
In basso ho messo una tag ovale color kraft ricavata da una scatola, su cui ho incollato un piccolo banner con il sentiment. Ho rifinito con piccoli strass. Finita :D

Così bella utilizzando la forma del coniglio è una buona idea e molto efficace. Cioccolato e bei colori rosa pure.

So glad you kept the negative snippet, because it's just delightful against the wood graining (which looks very dimensional, by the way- at first I thought this was a wooden project, not a card!). Inking the pink edges with the brownish shade really ties the focal image in with the background, quite unusual, & so very pretty! Well done. TFS & Hugs.

I've only used my negative die cuts a few times, I tend to forget it's an option. I love this brown and pink color combo. Reminds me of chocolate and candy, which I tend to offer myself for Easter. The wooden embossed background looks beautiful and you've got the perfect balance with your decorations, not too much, not too little.

Perhaps I should begin saving my negatives too? This card turned out quite pretty with those fabulous pink and brown colors, and I just love the woodgrain background too! Awesome card, you did a great job of recycling once again!

in effetti la combinazione tra rosa e marrone è ottima! Mi piace anche il fatto che riesci sempre a riciclare i negativi. Io ovviamente non li butto via, ma vi ritaglio pezzi via sempre più piccoli, il che a volte è molto faticoso...!
Deliziosi i fiori di feltro e legno, sia per la forma sia per il colore. Nel complesso un biglietto con linee e colori armonici. Brava!

Me la sono guardata e riguardata questa card, c'è molto da imparare. Non ho la Big, ma forse un punch ovale potrebbe essere utile.
Magnifica e lo sfondo embossato è di grande effetto, soptrattutto per evidenziare la sagoma del coniglietto e il contrasto dei nastrini.

Carinissima la card e bella l'idea di usare il negativo della fustellata. In effetti sono belli anche i negativi e a volte spiace pure buttarli:-)
