C'è ancora tempo per partecipare al challenge di We Love Stamping! Il tema di Agosto è "Anything Goes" con l'opzione "Maschile".
Va bene qualsiasi progetto correlato, l'importante è che l'elemento
focale delle vostre creazioni sia timbrato.
Questa è la mia ispirazione di metà mese. I timbri sono tutti presi da un set by Sheena Douglas che avevo trovato in una rivista e che non avevo mai inchiostrato (vergogna!)
Ho messo una piccola decorazione anche all'interno.
Per questa card ho usato diversi avanzi di carta, un leftover circolare e anche un pezzo di cartoncino color kraft riciclato da una scatola di sacchetti per il congelatore. Sul leftover ho timbrato "random" la rosa dei venti con un Distress Ink. Ho usato anche un cerchio blu e uno viola più grande che avevo in uno dei miei raccoglitori di recupero avanzi e li ho messi come sfondo dell'oblò.
Qui sotto la card aperta, fronte/retro. Il cartoncino kraft sul retro è sempre quello riciclato dalla scatola di sacchetti per il congelatore: ho usato i leftovers dell'oblò che ho messo sulla parte frontale della card... insomma, il riciclo del riciclo 😅 LOL

Che bella idea mettere il marinaio a forma di oblò, ma dato che sembra un tipo spaventoso con i suoi tatuaggi, non voglio avere il lato peggiore di lui! Ma una creazione perfetta per il nostro tema maschile di questo mese.
Passa un buon fine settimana. Oggi cucino altri pomodori, questa volta passata di pomodoro e lenticchie tanto per cambiare da mettere in freezer.

What a great card. I love how all the elements have come together and the extra treat with the decoration on the back. Sometimes I wish I had never started decorating inserts and envelopes as when I think a card is finished I often realise it isn't because I haven't done them. I don't think I will be doing anything on the back anytime soon, but I do love that you have. It is a great idea if you have the patience xx
Super card Alice - mind you, I wouldn't want to meet that sailor in a confrontation! And Dudley would be no help at all - he would woof and then want to have a fuss made of him! By the way - which alcohol markers do you use? If the yare Promarkers I can sent you some very fine nibs which just click onto the pointed end of your own Pro Marker - really great for fine detail. You just scribble them onto scrap paper a bit after you used them to clear any ink away and you're all ready to use them again! Having said that - your colouring is great - as usual!

Lo abbiamo detto migliaia di volte che creare al maschile è decisamente complicato ma la tua card è venuta benissimo e mi piace un sacco l'idea di lavorare anche il dietro! Proprio originale!!
