Questa volta sono stata ispirata dal challenge di Craft-alnica, dove la richiesta è una card a forma di vestito. Mi è subito venuto in mente che ho una fustella Sizzix Bigz XL by Brenda Walton con un vestito da principessa, e che l'ho usata solo una volta, anni addietro. Così ho deciso di farle prendere aria 😊 e mi sono divertita moltissimo!
Ho tagliato la forma dell'abito da carta patterned piuttosto leggera. Poi ho incollato un pezzo di vecchissima carta da regalo su una altrettanto vecchia copertina di un album da disegno e ho tagliato nuovamente la forma dell'abito. Ho incollato insieme i due abiti per dare stabilità alla card. Nella foto sottostante a destra il riciclo della carta da regalo e della copertina dell'album, a sinistra la fustella usata.

Posso dire che ti è piaciuto molto creare questo splendido vestito. Bellissimo! Tanti piccoli elementi e penso che probabilmente ti ci sia voluto molto tempo, ma sono così felice di vedere cosa hai ottenuto.
Buon fine settimana, ieri sera abbiamo di nuovo il gelo, ma dicono che la prossima settimana potrebbe essere più soleggiato e temperature fino a 17 gradi!

You could have been a dress designer! This turned out to be one special card with all the gemstones, pearls and embroidery! Not sure how I managed to miss this one, but I am glad I found it. What a clever idea and it has turned out perfectly. so beautiful and so much texture and interest. don't we all wish we still had a waist like that? Not sure that I ever did even when I was young and beautiful! xx

Da monitor la fustella sembra grande e a me, a colpo d'occhio, è venuto in mente che io l'avrei usata come dima sopra della stoffa, chiuderla nella gonna per poi riempirla di lavanda e appenderla con un micro gruccia dentro l'armadio! Può essere un'idea, no...?
