Ispirazione di metà Luglio per We Love Chocolate Baroque

A We Love Chocolate Baroque è tempo di un nuovo challenge. Questo mese il tema è "Beautiful Blooms". Io ho usato Rose Stem Script, un timbro che amo.

Ho timbrato su un cartoncino con il bordo finto cucito formato slimline, poi ancora una volta su un avanzo di cartoncino per fare il decoupage. Ho colorato la rosa con i Promarkers e l'ho ritagliata. Ho aggiunto del Wink of Stella... e qui è successo un guaio: sembrava esaurito, così ho premuto e allora ne è sceso troppo! 😨 Ho tentato di toglierlo con una salvietta ma senza grandi risultati. 😒 Così ho ripassato le linee della rosa con un pennarello sottile nero.

Sul cartoncino slimline ho usato del gesso mischiato a due Distress Inks e uno stencil Dutch Doobadoo. Siccome non ero contenta del risultato, ho colorato tutto con il DI Evergreen Bough e un blender, e ho pulito la texture con una salvietta umida. 

Anche il sentiment fa parte del set Rose Stem Script. La cerniera a lampo è una fustella Sizzix (per farla ho riciclato un coperchio delle teglie di alluminio - che ha un lato di cartone metallizato - e una pagina di un vecchissimo album di fotografie grigio scuro). Ho sovrapposto il pannello su due layers di carta patterned.

Spero di avervi ispirato un pochino nonostante i miei pasticci 😕 e vi invito a partecipare al challenge di Luglio di We Love Chocolate Baroque! Potete entrare 3 creazioni diverse usando qualsiasi timbro, ma se ne userete uno brand Chocolate Baroque potreste essere scelto come Featured Designer. Per il vincitore random del challenge ci sarà un favoloso timbro A4 a sua scelta, o timbri dello stesso valore.

Ciao Alice,

Adoro il modo in cui hai adattato la bellissima Rosee che cresce dallo stampo (che devo usare ora che me ne hai mandato un po'), ha un'atmosfera estiva così bella e come la trama aggiunta dei punti stampati che catturano l'attenzione.

È perfetto per una donna e sono così felice che tu abbia condiviso con noi le sfide di Stamping Sensations e Allsorts, grazie mille.

Goditi il tuo fine settimana e spero che tu non abbia più tempeste, qui abbiamo cieli azzurri per due giorni e un bel sole caldo.

This is an amazing rose image, and colored beautifully! You did a great save on it! I love the unique and fun zipper the rose is growing out of, and that background looks amazing too! I always say that sentiment to myself as I pass fresh flowers anywhere - they always smell so good and give me a lift :) Hopefully your garden is producing wonderful vegetables for you and I'm sure it keeps you very busy! It's hot here too, and keeps me indoors as much as possible because of the heat! Take good care of yourself and don't forget to stop and smell the roses too :) Big hugs across the miles
