Una card fatta di fretta per partecipare al challenge 11 di Craftlandia indetto da Mia, Diana e Ayla e ad alcuni altri challenges. Ho usato un piccolo timbro Gorjuss che ho colorato con un mix di Promarkers/Graph'it markers e un bordo a onde by Memory Box ricavato da un avanzo di carta fotografica colorata tempo addietro con gli acrilici e la tecnica della schiuma da barba. Ho aggiunto alcune fustellate di conchiglie tagliate da carta bianca (non ricordo il brand).
Lo sfondo bicolore è fatto embossando un leftover con apertura circolare e un cartoncino verde chiaro con una EF brand Marianne Design. Ho colorato entrambi con i Distress Inks dopo aver fatto l'embossing e poi li ho incollati allineando il disegno della goffratura (uno dalla parte dell'embossing e l'altro dalla parte con il debossing). Il sentiment Enjoy è una fustellata avuta in regalo da un'amica, mentre la seconda parte è timbrata in nero con un timbro Gorjuss.

RispondiEliminaThis is colorful and amazing how you put all these elements together to create a blissful scene by the beach! I love all the colors, the waves and all the shells and star fish elements, but the cutest is the little girl with the shell to her ear listening to the ocean! Sweet little creation Alice, and thanks too for the get well wishes! The hubs is much better but I still have this nagging cough that won't go away and my body is tired from all the coughing. So adorable! Beautiful colouring. The details, dimensions and texture are amazing… loving the mix of embossed / debossed in the background. I struggle with using orange in my projects, but clearly you don’t.

Wow, she's a beauty, my friend! Ocean-themed cards always appeal to me since Nova Scotia is surrounded by ocean, and our province is known as "Canada's Ocean Playground." The little Gorjuss girl listening to the shell is so cute, and I like how she is enjoying life in the beautiful inky backgrounds you made! I like all of the shell die-cuts and the ocean waves border! Such a lovely and appropriate sentiment to enjoy precious little things in life! We all need to do that!
