L'autunno si avvicina, anche se qui sembra ancora estate... così ho usato il giallo e l'arancione, che per me sono colori abbastanza autunnali. Il layer principale è un cartoncino da acquerello ruvido e poroso, molto pesante e molto vecchio (ho da parte un mazzetto di questi cartoncini da una ventina di anni!). A causa dell'età, questi cartoncini sono diventati beige, così sono perfetti per i progetti vintage o per essere colorati nelle tonalità del giallo, come in questo caso.
La striscia a lato è un avanzo di vellum arancione embossato con una cartella da embossing Creative Expression. Mi piace l'effetto del vellum embossato, perchè crea delle linee bianche!
Ho ricoperto il grande sentiment con il glitter. Le farfalline sono tagliate con un punch da piccolissimi avanzi di una cartellina di manila usata, così come il layer sottostante.

It's just gorgeously hot with the yellow & orange colors. Love that once again, you've shopped your stash and made something beautiful, and beautifully design! The orange vellum embossing was a terrific detail to add to the music score, and that fab layered flower really steals the show here. TFS & Hugs

I wonder if we’ll have all these colors this year, it’s been an unusually warm and dry summer and it almost looks like the leaves are turning directly to brown from the green. The sentiment looks like it’s been covered in sugar, nice effect, and the gloss on the flower looks great too.
