Not only is this a beautiful creation with fantastic details, I've also learned a great trick from you with the used dryer sheets. That's more cost affective than using waxed paper to release those die cuts from the die! I love all the amazing layers you added with the embossing, and especially the text on the flower as well as the tiny butterfly and dragonfly. The details are simply amazing and so pleasing to the eye!
RispondiEliminaWishing you a fantastic day with lots of crafting time as well. Sending biggest hugs your way too, so keep smiling and your day will be a good one!
what a beautiful and great card you have made Alice.........gr karin
RispondiEliminaGorgeous collage design, so much lovely detail to look at. Ive not before heard of actually cutting into the dryer sheet with dies, most i know just rub the sheet over the die &/or the paper to be cut and that one sheet lasts months in a little pot and quite often just rubbing over the die with the sheet lasts a few cuts too without needing to be rubbed again. But the sheets we have are very very fibrous that i don't think most fancy dies would cut it. Thank you for the idea, its always good to learn something new, i must try it out:-) Emma
RispondiEliminaReally lovely Alice. Great use of snippets as well. Sorry I haven't been around much to comment on your creations but I am getting so busy with my work in The Salvation Army these days. Also I am not well at the moment and I am suppose to be flying to France on Monday. 😬

You really are very clever in your designs, using all manner of things to produce beautiful cards. I love the texture and design of this card Alice, It's so interesting and beautiful. x
RispondiEliminaWow Alice, what a lot of beautiful work you put into this card. Absolutely everything seems to have a story behind it. I bought a load of waxed paper many years ago and very rarely seem to need or use it - otherwise I'd be looking at the dryer sheets for sure! Neat tip.

RispondiEliminaWow! In true Alice fashion, this is a masterpiece in reusing, recycling, reducing! The lacy dryer sheet is brilliantly creative. As always the texture and dimension are incredible. The placements and how you are able to fit so much details in is always impressive.
