Questa è la mia card per ispirazione.
La base della card è un cartoncino metallizzato oro piegato a metà tagliato con una fustella Spellbinder. Ho sovrapposto un cerchio scallop tagliato riciclando l'interno una busta commerciale
(la carta sembra bianca, ma nella foto sotto si vede che è
azzurrina con un piccolo pattern a losanghe) e poi ci ho incollato il cerchio
con il fiore timbrato.
Il fiore è un timbro Indigo Blu, timbrato su cartoncino
nero, goffrato con polvere oro e colorato con gli acquerelli metallizzati
Gansai Tambi. Mi piace molto come cambia colore a seconda della luce! Ho messo gocce di Nuvo Glitter Drops per aggiungere texture. Il sentiment è uno sticker di Tim Holtz. Non uso spesso la polvere da embossing perchè non mi piace avere la polvere che si infila ovunque (amo invece l'embossing a secco con le cartelle, è più immediato e lo trovo specialmente utile per i backgrounds), ma con i timbri l'embossing a caldo è impagabile!
Il cartoncino oro a specchio è molto d'effetto! 😊

Che biglietto davvero straordinario, la forma è così insolita e il fiore così elegante, sembra smalto, poi incastonato nella forma insolita. Vedo anche una morbida stampa blu all'interno.
La RSPCA è la Royal Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, un ente di beneficenza britannico fondato nel 1824 che promuove il benessere degli animali ed è finanziato esclusivamente da donazioni. Raccolgo fondi per loro fin da quando ero bambino e ora tutte le mie carte vanno a uno dei loro negozi di beneficenza. Fanno un lavoro straordinario e hanno lavoratori che rispondono alle richieste di qualsiasi animale in pericolo, selvatico o domestico.
Spero che abbiate trascorso una buona domenica, ci era stato promesso il sole!

I've always been a big fan of mirror gold cardstock and this card is just gorgeous! I love the shape with the die-cut too - it's so pretty with that big flower with gold embossing and nuvo dot accents! This is truly festive and a beautiful way to celebrate this blog's 15th anniversary! Wishing you a warm day of sunshine and a very happy week ahead as well. Big hugs to you!
Oh my word Alice what a beautiful creation WOW firstly I absolutely love the card shape then that gold mirror card really shines it is a great card stock to work with, I also love the dies you have used but my attention was captured by that amazing, wonderful flower you have done a cracking job with this the colour and the Nuvo drops make it seem alive a superb work of art
