Recentemente ho avuto l'onore di vincere l'award di "Empress of Squash" a Let's Squash it! così sono stata invitata come Guest Design per il challenge #12 . 😊 Grazie mille!!

Congrats on being a guest designer at Let's Squash It, Alice!! Just love your birdie on the violin birthday card and the slimline with hearts!!
RispondiEliminaCiao Alice,

Interessante!! 🤩🤩🤩

First of all, congratulations on your guest design spot at the Squash It Challenge! Well done my sweet friend! I love the musical theme added to the birthday card, and that bird perched on the violin is as cute as can be! Love that rosette with the music note too and how great it looks with that sanded/embossed background! As for those two hearts on the second card, they look amazing with that purple glitter on them! The tiny horses dangling from the strings are beyond cute and I love all the tiny detail work you put into both cards! You are the queen of recycling for sure! Do take care, and stay strong - sending love and hugs across the many miles between us :)

Congratulations on your well deserved guest spot with these wonderful cards! You’re back to your usual use of snippets and leftovers to create amazing dimension and texture on your cards. The birthday card is so cute with the bird and music notes. The Christmas card is unique and fun.
RispondiEliminaI rummaged through my embossing folder selection and realized I don't have any with numbers or letters on. But thanks for reminding me of the technique, I believe I have some perfect papers for sanding in my stash.
RispondiEliminaThe bird card is gorgeous, I like your choice of colors and I think it's a great combination of elements, a combination I'd never think of to use, to be honest, but for you it just works. And the placement of the bird is perfect, perching on the violin.
The embossed hearts have a beautiful sparkly and aged finish. The little horses add to the aged feel of the project.Clever use of bits and bobs:)
I nearly missed these beautiful cards Alice, I don't know how that happened!
RispondiEliminaThe first one is fabulous, so many different techniques - you always manage to include so much on your cards, I especially like the bird and lovely rosette.
The second card is equally impressive, lots of fabulous details again - two beautifully embossed hearts.
