Abbiamo fatto due card molto diverse, ma sicuramente Aurora ha molto più estro artistico e talento di me!!! :) Ecco entrambe le card in un unico post.
La prima è la card di Aurora.
Io non avrei mai pensato di colorare metà del fiore di un colore e l'altra metà di un altro colore (e non avrei nemmeno osato...) Lei invece aveva già ben chiaro in mente il risultato e non ha avuto alcun dubbio!! :D ... E che dire delle scritte arcobaleno? Bellissime! :)
Ha timbrato con il Memento nero, ha colorato tutto con i Promarkers e ha incollato su un cartoncino verde. Ha solo aggiunto un po' di Wink of Stella a sinistra, sui riccioli .
N.B.: notate una delle sue unghie in basso a sinistra... anche quelle sono molto originali e io non oserei mai... :D LOL

Ho timbrato con i Distress Inks di vari colori e ho sfumato i bordi con Victorian Velvet. Anche io ho usato i Promarkers... -gli stessi colori usati da Aurora :) - e anche un po' di matite. Ho incollato obliquamente su un cartoncino patterned piegato a metà (avrei dovuto aggiungere un mat...ma mi sono dimenticata); i dettagli glitterati fanno parte della carta. Ho aggiunto anche tre piccoli cabochon trasparenti.
La carta patterned era già perfetta per l'interno :)

RispondiEliminaDue creazioni davvero belle e che bello vedere il tuo premio Penny Black prendere vita in diversi modi.
Aurora ha dato così tanto colore e vivacità alla fioritura e ha colorato in modo così delicato le parole in diversi colori che richiedono tempo e precisione.
La tua versione è elegante e il Victorian Velvet è una delle mie tonalità di inchiostro rosa preferite. Quindi il verde sullo sfondo funziona così bene con il rosa e l'aggiunta della farfalla scintillante è bellissima.
Grazie ad entrambi per aver realizzato due creazioni molto speciali da condividere con noi alla sfida Stamping Sensations.

Both cards look wonderful, and I'm so glad Aurora isn't afraid to think out of the box, because the dual-colored flower looks quite lovely! It never would have crossed my mind to color a flower like that, but now that I see it, I may have to try it myself one day! Congrats on winning that great stamp and I love how Aurora did her lettering too - but then of course she learned from the master artist in residence, and that would be you sweet friend ;)

This is certainly very inspiring. You both used the same large stamp, but that is the only thing these cards have in common. Aurora’s card is incredibly original and fun with her choice of rainbow colors, yours is elegant in the monochromatic color scheme. They’re both individually beautiful.
