Contrariemente ad ogni mia precedente previsione, gli sketches mi attirano parecchio. LOL :) Non è così facile per me, infatti faccio fatica a mantenere il layout pulito come è negli sketches, ma con un po' di impegno riesco a non discostarmi troppo.... e - cosa molto importante - sto imparando a fare designs meno affollati.
Per questa card ho riciclato un pezzo di cartone che tempo addietro avevo usato come stencil con il mio Gelli Plate handmade e i colori acrilici. Avevo tagliato il cartone con la fustella Mixed Media 2 di Tim Holtz. Odio buttare le cose... e così per questo stencil tutto macchiato è arrivato il momento giusto ed è diventato lo sfondo di questa card. ;) Per evidenziarlo ci ho disegnato tutto intorno un finto cucito, usando un pennarello sottile.
L'immagine è un timbro trovato in una rivista che anni fa avevo ricevuto da Pia (grazie!) ... è stato uno dei miei primi timbri! L'avevo colorato con i Flex Markers, i miei primi pennarelli... :) Non lo avevo colorato molto bene (erano i miei primi tentativi), ma con qualche ritocco ho pensato che poteva evitare di essere buttato... Ho aggiunto Wink of Stella sui pacchetti, ho aggiunto il sentiment (fustella trovata in una rivista) e l'ho "collegato" alla scritta "Thanks" del timbro facendo dei puntini con Nuvo Drops.
La foglia è timbrata con un timbro brand Inkadinkado e tagliata a mano: l'ho presa nella mia scatola di abbellimenti già pronti fatti con avanzi di carta, da cui ho preso anche i fiori. Lo so, c'è un piccolo fiore in più rispetto allo sketch... ma non ho resistito ad aggiungerlo :D LOL
