Absolutely beautiful card Alice! Such a wonderful design with the embossing, striplet die and gorgeous butterfly. You've added some lovely details like the glitter dots on the butterfly, the curled antenna, which are so well made, and it's pearl/ rhinestone body to mention only a few of them. I especially love the little snowflake on the butterfly. Gorgeous card!
RispondiEliminaThank you so much for your lovely words. I'll still be posting cards just at a slower pace as I make them. I also have a few I've not posted yet which will give me more time to just craft rather than have to rush to post DT cards. I've not got any Christmas cards made for family yet :-O! So I'll just be crafting slow and steady depending on how I feel. Thanks for being such a wonderful friend :)!! Debra x
Oh my Alice, this is just breathtaking! I love the dark border, it really helps to frame that amazing embossed background. The die cut strip is so delicate and intricate, wow!! I adore your butterfly too, so soft and the aqua is a lovely splash of colour! A stunning card my friend!!
RispondiEliminaThank you for your kind words regarding all of missing squirrels, it has been a hard summer for the wildlife around here and I worry about them all so very much! I am heading out on a search today to see if I can find any of them, wish me luck!! The weather is still holding nicely here, I hope everything is perfect in your world and I send hugs out to you and yours! :)
You are so sweet to check in on my squirrels Alice. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get out and search yesterday, I will try again today... and tomorrow if I have too!! sending hugs :)

RispondiEliminaIcy & elegant colors! Love this star-studded butterfly. And of course I love that gorgeous SW striplet, just so intricate, and looks lovely against the embossed white. Also like the dark framing of the card front with the silvery studs. The rhinestones on the blue butterfly certainly sparkle. So beautiful is your card! TFS & Hugs

RispondiEliminaButterflies and snowflakes, I'm pretty sure I've never combined the two. But how special it is and it's a lovely sentiment. Love your new goodies, I've got some similar and love to use my snow embossing folder and stitched dies. I don't have that border, but it's really pretty.
RispondiEliminaHello, Alice! So sorry I have not been here for a visit - I was not feeling well for about a week but hopefully now I am on the mend. Your card is BEAUTIFUL! The butterfly is so pretty with the sparkly dots and pearls, and I love the intricate die-cut strip on the side! Such a nice sentiment too! I always enjoy reading about the products you have recycled/re-purposed - well done, my friend! I have not played in the butterfly challenge for ages and I hope I can soon get my act together and join in! Your card is perfect for the challenge and very elegant too!
RispondiEliminaHugs,
