Voglio anche partecipare ad altri callenge, tra i quali il Rudolph Day's challenge di Agosto e siccome ho usato (come sempre...) degli "snippets", al Pixie's Crafty Workshop#244.
Da un avanzo di cartoncino marrone, embossato con la stessa EF della base, ho ricavato la striscia per l'interno e il piccolo bigliettino piegato a metà, sul quale ho timbrato la scritta bianca.

I am always in awe of the incredible way you manage to recycle ordinary every-day items most of us throw away! You have such a keen eye for design too, and I think it's just genius how you added the sentiment with that little flap!! It reminds me I have a very old punch that makes file folders, and I may have to CASE that idea! I love these little hooters, all ready for Christmas with their red hats and sparkly snowflakes!!

Ho pensato di offrire una spiegazione, perché mi mancano alcuni post e brevi commenti, e perché la maggior parte del lavoro che ho sul mio blog non è nuova.

This is a lovely card. I love the embossed wood grain paper behind your images. It looks great. Owls are so in style now and it is cool to see these two together on your Xmas card.

Hello, my dear Alice! This is soooo cute! I love the owls! I think the gold embossing makes them look more festive - I like it! Such a gorgeous Christmas card and I love the wood-grain embossing! Such a cute way to include the sentiment like that! I love the die-cut edge on the bottom of the card and the inside looks awesome as well! I love all of your embellishments! I don't think you have lost your mojo at all, my friend, but I have gone through the same feeling myself a few times and it takes some of the fun out of it. Hang in there and it will come back!

RispondiEliminaLove those owls and gosh what super colours are in the card. So much added and I love the addition of the notelet at the bottom. Norm says Hello and Thankyou for following all his exploits over the past month and leaving him such nice comments. He is really pleased that he has a fan base. He is looking forward to having a nice lie in of a morning now and not having to race through his breakfast in order to look through his photos and then right his post up for the day. The folded piece with the sentiment inside along with the kraft snowflake with a colored smaller one inside are really great details. I think the owls suit their feathers in gold, the eyes really pop with the glossy accent. You did great!!
